Concerns stopping you from taking action:

Online learning is difficult for me.

One of our learning guides will call you prior to the workshop to ensure you are technology enabled. The morning sessions will be conducted on Zoom. Support is available by phone throughout the workshop for any issues which arise.

A week is too big a commitment for me.

We believe that wisdom is shared not taught. We provide a safe environment where you can discuss as much or as little as you are comfortable with sharing.

I don’t want to talk to strangers about my life.

This workshop is less about creating a new identity and more about extracting meaning from your life stories by identifying the stories you tell yourself, discarding the ones that no longer serve you and consciously investing in telling new stories that are aligned with your values and intentions for the future.

So, what have you got to lose?

If you are curious to explore how you can flourish in later life through connecting with other ‘modern elders’ to share and learn in the safety of small groups, then we are inviting you to lean in, to step up and take action. Don’t put this off a second longer…
