I took myself to MEA to mark my 60th birthday and had many Aha moments while in Baja! While other friends were not keen to celebrate similar milestone birthdays, so many great ideas and great connections at MEA left me feeling beyond excited for my third trimester! Two years later, I still value weekly calls with my MEA cohort.
So your mid-life went alright, but you’re torn between cruising or maximising the next stage, and how you might do that. MEA joins you up with like-minded souls and guides you to thrive in this gooey stage while tweaking your mind-set to one that opens doors to far way more than what the world had in mind for you as a ‘retired’ person.
MEA Online was the timely opportunity I was seeking to focus on just “Me”. After a lifetime of helping people both personally and professionally, MEA created the space and inspiration to help me immerse myself in my own next life transition.
Part of me likes to think that I’ve been searching for answers to life since I was at least 30 years old. Truth is that I had no idea what I was seeking. Thankfully now as I am reaching 60, I have connected with a group of like minded individuals that allow me to feel safe knowing that I’m not alone on the journey into elderhood.

Our 1hr online interactive introduction sessions start the conversation about how to flourish in midlife and beyond, and are completely FREE. We created these sessions as a way to experience our approach at the Modern Elders Academy (MEAx), in a convenient and inspiring way.
MEA alumni will share their stories with you, give you the opportunity to ask questions about our courses and help you to connect with people at a similar exploratory stage.
